Cali. Cowboy
The inspo behind this session was to show my love for the West. If I could pack up and move anywhere you'd probably find me somewhere between Utah and California. After spending a whole entire week sick I was ready to get out of the house and back to shooting so why not satisfy my Western heart. I wanted to convey a lowkey, cinematic, timeless look to this session and already knew the perfect model to convey an outlaw cowboy stopping to get some things at the convenience store. When I pin searched "Western photoshoots" a guy named Charley Crockett filled the timeline. At the time I had no clue who this guy was but turns out my model is inspired by this guy as well and told me about Charley being a country singer who shares personal struggles, music, and his western style.
